- Supervise and mentor golf staff, including assistant golf professionals, starters, marshals, and outside services staff.
- Develop and implement efficient tee time management systems to optimize course usage and maximize revenue.
- Ensure the golf shop is well-stocked and merchandised with a wide range of golf equipment and apparel utilizing an open-to-buy plan within budget.
- Oversee golf cart fleet maintenance and management.
- Coordinate with General Manager to ensure the physical inventory process of the golf shop, including a physical count of all golf shop inventory, is performed monthly.

Tournament and Event Coordination:
- Plan, organize, and execute various golf tournaments and events throughout the year.
- Coordinate with group sales to ensure smooth event operations, from registration to award ceremonies.
- Coordinate, organize and promote Charity Tournament Series
- Organize and promote inter-club golf activities
- Maintain accurate records of tournament participation, scores, and results.
Golf Instruction and Player Development:
- Offer quality golf lessons and clinics to members and guests, tailoring instruction to individual needs and skill levels.
- Implement player development programs to attract and retain golfers of all ages.
- Collaborate with assistant professionals to enhance instructional offerings utilizing PGA instructional programs.
Golf Course and Facility Management:
- Ensure a professional and consistent line of communication with fellow team members. Communicate regarding golf operations on an ongoing basis. This includes daily communication with the Golf Course Superintendent so that they are fully aware of each day’s business and schedule.
- Keep an ongoing line of communication with General Managers pertaining to all matters.
- Collaborate and work closely with the golf course superintendents to maximize the course's playing conditions and player enjoyment.
- Work closely with Group/Event Sales to maximize guest experience and revenue
- Oversee practice facilities, driving range, and short game areas to promote player improvement.
Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming golf shop and clubhouse atmosphere.
