Outside Service Supervisor

Wampanoag Country Club is looking for a skilled Outside Service Supervisor who is committed to providing excellent service.

In this role, you will be the first and last point of contact for our members and guests responsible for providing superior service and maintain the finest amenities while promoting an atmosphere of excellence. Responsible for maintaining a clean, organized work environment while presenting a professional and positive image within the following areas of focus: Bag Drop, Cart Barn and Practice Facilities.

The ideal candidate will be professional, a team player, and passionate about golf and delivering exceptional experiences.

• Playing Experience
• Experience working at a golf facility

• Greet members / guests upon their arrival and provide a fond farewell at their departure.
• Prepare, operate, and maintain cart fleet
• Set-up, monitor, and take down the practice facility operations.              
• Provide services to members after completion of play.   
• Keep work area clean and orderly at all times.   
• Assist with member requests as needed.
• Assist with the set-up and execution of all golf tournaments and events.
