Associate Head Women's Golf Coach
Compensation: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 Per Year
Total Anticipated Compensation Up To: $40,000.00
Overview
This postion will assist the Director of Golf in all day-to-day responsibilities of coaching a women's college golf team.
Experience Required
College golf expereince required. 2 years minimum expereince required as a golf instructor, graduate assistant college coach, or previous full time assistant or head college golf coach.
Essential Responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Golf in all day-to-day responsibilities of the women’s golf program to include the following:
- assisting in organizing, planning, and conducting practice
- assisting in coaching and skill development of the current student athletes
- assisting in traveling with the team to all tournaments
- assisting in transporting the team via University vehicles to all tournaments
- assisting in recruiting of prospective student-athletes
- assisting in managing the golf team operations and scholarship budgets
- assisting in ordering all team uniforms and gear
- assisting in communicating with the home golf courses to schedule practice times
- attending and participating in all athletic department meetings and functions
- assisting in fund raising activities
- assisting in ensuring that team members and the women’s golf program stays in compliance with NCAA and University rules.
- occasionally overseeing a few of the men’s players at practice
- completing all NCAA and Institutional requirements

- Coordinate and facilitate the spiritual growth of the female golf student athletes
