Outside Service Staff

This Outside Service position is responsible for ensuring that our members and guests have a memorable golf experience by providing exceptional customer service through consistency, communication, and dedication. They will work closely with our outside service manager, starter, and professional staff daily.

Previous golf course experience preferred but not required.

Expectations and Responsibilites 

• The outside staff will work closely with the Outside Service Manager regarding service of all members and guests.
• Communicate with the Outside Service Manager, Professional Staff and Starter egarding all daily play and expectations of events.
• Greet members and guests with a welcoming smile and proper golf attire
• Assist members and guests with equipment to and from the parking lot
• Properly stage golf carts in a neat and orderly fashion
• Ensure each cart is well stocked with the necessary amenities prior to each round
• Golf cart maintenance (Batteries, trash removal, washing, and detailing)
• Manage club storage by maintaining an organized bag room.
• Properly stage bags prior to play, clean and store bags in the correct position at the conclusion of each round.
• Oversee the daily preparation and maintenance of the driving range including, set up and take down, golf ball replenishment, and picking and cleaning the range at the conclusion of each day.

Seasonal Position - Approximately April - November

Opening and closing shifts for outside service staff will be required.
