Gig Harbor Golf Club, the best kept golf secret in Gig Harbor, WA. GHGC is a regulation-length 9-hole golf club featuring multiple tee boxes and majestic views of Mt. Rainier. We have been challenging area golfers since 1961. Our monthly dues include all the golf you can play, and our speed of play is unmatched. Our 5,000 square-foot clubhouse was remodeled in the winter of 2010 and has become a favorite gathering spot for members and their guests. We have a member kitchen but no formal food service. Located just west of the Tacoma Narrows Bridge, Gig Harbor Golf Club is a private club just minutes away from Interstate 5 and Highway 16.

Club Director – Job Description
Responsibilities: - The Club Director is responsible for the proper and professional
management of all aspects of the club’s activities to assure maximum membership satisfaction;
a sound financial operation; the maintenance and improvement of the quality of the Club’s
services; and the security and protection of the Club’s assets and facilities. The Club Director
reports to the Board of Trustees and administers all polices as established by the Board.
Candidate Qualifications
Experience with progressive leadership/management skills adaptable to an active family oriented, private member-owned club environment is important. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated team leader and will provide leadership and guidance to a capable long-tenured and loyal group of department heads and employees. The new Club Director must be able to demonstrate leadership skills in employee motivation, mentoring and service training. The ability to work well with the Board and Committees is essential, as is a confident, creative, enthusiastic, energetic, engaging and “likeable” style to all constituencies.

Benefits
Salary & Benefits: Salary is open and commensurate with qualifications and experience. The club, along with the typical CMAA benefits, offers a bonus and benefit package. Based on the candidate's association, the Club will pay for either the candidate's CMAA or a PGA dues.
