Golf Equipment Sales/Master Club Fitter
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 Per Year

Club Champion is a premium golf club fitting and building company that is growing rapidly and is the #1 player in the industry. Our mission is to help people enjoy the game of golf by optimizing their equipment to fit their swing via use of the best products, people, and technology available. We work with customers to fit their golf swing and then custom build every club within a 10 day time frame. Experience Required
● Club fitting experience preferred with launch monitor experience ideal
● Experience selling custom golf clubs is ideal
● Success oriented, engaging personality, and desire to help store reach target revenue
● Passionate about golf and desire to establish career in the golf equipment industry
● Knowledgeable about golf equipment including components and brands
● Outgoing, coachable, and customer focused
● College degree preferred
Essential Responsibilities
● Work one-on-one with the customer to ensure a positive club fitting experience
● Ensure each customer receives exceptional service leading to maximized sales by finding the right products, providing creative solutions and resulting in dramatically improved performance
● Use TrackMan launch monitor and SAM PuttLab to analyze each customer’s swing
● Demonstrate knowledge of all vendors of equipment including heads, shafts, and grips
● Club building and repair
● Oversee the sales process from start to finish including closing the customer, submitting the order through Salesforce, communicating with our operations and build teams to ensure product is built accurately and delivered in a timely manner, and following-up with the customer after the sale
● Increase store revenue and profitability through a proven process
