The Perryton Municipal Golf Course is an 18-hole course built in the 1960s located in Perryton. The City of Perryton is in the middle of the oil patch in the Northeast Panhandle of Texas with heavy agricultural industry.
Job Description
Incumbent holds senior level responsibility in directing and managing the operations of the Golf Pro Shop, cart storage facility and the enforcement of course rules and guidelines. This position is unique as it requires a cooperative team effort with the golf course superintendent in order to provide a quality facility to golfers. Work is reviewed by the Director of Public Works through conferences, reports, and by observation and results obtained.

Golf Shop Retail Concession is owned by the Professional (retail space provided to Professional)
25% of Cart Revenue
Head Professional retains Range Fees (but is responsible for ball recovery and range set up)
100% of Lesson Revenue
City provides $6,700 annually for part-time employee(s)
