Pleasant Run Golf Course was founded in 1922 and is an 18-hole public golf course in Indianapolis, IN. The immaculately maintained course has multiple tees ranging from 4,069 to 5,910 yards and plays as a par 71. The golf course plays approximately 30,000-34,000 annual rounds per season. Along with daily public play, Pleasant Run hosts evening leagues Monday-Thursday from April through August. Sarah Shank is the sister course and has one of the most competitive and organized men’s club in the Indianapolis area, playing every Friday afternoon and Saturday morning.  The men’s club & Director of Golf encourage their golf professionals at Sarah Shank & Pleasant Run to play in the weekly events.  We take great pride in offering our employees a work/life balance environment, family is important to our management team.

Pleasant Run has a business relationship with the PGA Golf Club in Port St. Lucie, Florida for an internship during the winter months.

The PGA Golf Club has 3 championship golf courses and over 700 private members/PGA members.  

This opportunity could allow continued growth and experince in the golf industry during Indiana's off season.
