Recognized in 2020 by Links Magazine as one of the best courses in the Northeast the the general public can play, St. Johnsbury has earned a reputation for flawless greens, lush fairways and well-carpeted tees.
The original 9-hole course was designed by Willie & Mungo Parks in 1923. In 1992 Geofrey Cornish was brought in to design and complete the second 9 holes to bring St Johnsbury to it's current 18 holes. The course winds through 160 acres of lush Vermont countryside with scenic views and rolling terrain. The course is playable for golfers of all skill levels; the greater a player’s ability and imagination, the greater the shot options and potential risks and rewards.
St Johnsbury Country Club is considered one of the “must play” courses in northern Vermont. It's quality layout, excellant conditioning, focus on customer service and inviting clubhouse contribute to a quality golf experience for members and guests alike.
This position will start on or about the 25th of April and run thru the first week or two of November weather permitting. With a solid contribution to the club this season the candidate will be welcomed back for the 2024 season as well as working at our sister course in Palm Coast, FL over the winter.
