Founded in 1922, our club boasts one of the oldest courses in Southern Illinois, offering a magnificent, traditional layout that pays homage to the game's rich heritage.

Who You Are:
- A seasoned leader with at least 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, ideally within private clubs.
- A strategic thinker with a proven ability to develop and execute visionary plans that drive growth and success.
- A financial mastermind with a keen eye for maximizing profitability and optimizing resources.
- A natural communicator who fosters a positive and collaborative work environment.
- A skilled relationship builder who cultivates strong connections with members, staff, and community partners.
What You'll Do:
- Provide strategic direction and oversight for all departments, including Food & Beverage, Golf Course Operations, Tennis Facilities, Fitness Center, and Clubhouse.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan that prioritizes member satisfaction, financial stability, and long-term club growth.
- Lead and motivate a talented team by providing ongoing coaching, development opportunities, and a culture of excellence.
- Cultivate a welcoming and inclusive member experience through innovative programming, exceptional service, and ongoing engagement initiatives.
- Ensure the club's financial well-being by managing budgets effectively, identifying cost-saving measures, and maximizing revenues.
- Serve as the club's ambassador, building strong relationships with members, the Board of Directors, and the surrounding community.
- Lead the development of a long-term strategic plan that outlines the club's vision, mission, and goals for the next 5-10 years.
- Spearhead the creation of a capital improvement plan aligned with the strategic plan, prioritizing investments in facilities, equipment, and infrastructure to maintain the club's competitive edge and enhance the member experience.
