CoachNow, a Golf Genius Software company, is seeking a Support and Account Management Professional responsible for member support, onboarding, and account management for our class-leading coaching software.
CoachNow is currently being used by world-class coaches, academies, national teams, and universities across 60 sports in 140 countries to connect and coach their athletes daily. This is a unique opportunity if you love sports or coaching.
This role supports a collaborative subscriber retention and onboarding effort to help our users get started properly, consult on how best to use the platform, and manage any support needs. As an expert in the CoachNow software, the Support and Account Management Professional is vital to our membership. To become an expert, you can expect to work alongside our sales and support teams to learn the CoachNow software and our customer interactions completely.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Skills and Qualifications:
● Coaching experience is a big plus
● 3+ years of software support experience and/or background that includes high-performance coaching experience
● Competitive and self-driven
● Experience demonstrating and sharing products remotely with the ability to speak about coaching intelligently
● Comfortable with customer interaction and building customer relationships
● Ability to successfully partner and cultivate relationships with the Sales Team
● Strategic thinker. Strong analytical skills and sports acumen
● Mobile app technology adept
● Quick learner and on-the-spot problem solver
● Be able to multitask and meet quality objectives
