Outside Service Manager

French Creek Golf Club opened in 2003. Designed by Gil Hanse, esteemed worldwide for authentic golf course craftsmanship, French Creek was created with minimal earth and environmental disturbance allowing the site to remain rich in beauty, dramatic terrain and wildlife. The 23,000 square foot clubhouse was completed in 2004 and sits on the site of a beautiful old homestead surrounded by many of its original buildings.

French Creek Golf Club has an exciting opportunity for an Outside Service Manager. This role plays a vital part in French Creek’s effort to provide exceptional service and member experience throughout all areas of our golf operation. Candidates must embrace and thrive on member interaction in a manner that conveys the highest level of member service. Candidate must supervise and motivate staff to delivery standards in line with the reputation of a high-end club.  During the season there will be fast-paced days and long hours, and candidates must have flexible availability.

Education/Experience: It is important for the candidate to have extensive golf, hospitality or club experience.

Essential Duties:

• Staff Supervision: Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising outside service attendants to ensure high-quality service standards are consistently met.
• Facility Maintenance: Regularly inspecting the cart staging area, bag room, driving range and cart storage areas to ensure cleanliness and operational standards.
• Member Relations: Building and maintaining positive relationships with club members, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly, and ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
• Oversee all aspects of a Caddie Program to include training, recruiting and scheduling of caddie services. 
• Inventory and Budget Management: Monitoring and replenishing supplies to always ensure adequate stock levels.  Awareness of budget and labor guidelines to assist Head Professional in monitoring expenses and optimizing labor. 
• Event Coordination: Collaborating with all club departments to coordinate events and tournaments.
• Perform other duties as needed.
