Internship: PGM Intern/Seasonal Assistant

True North Golf Club is seeking a three (3) or six (6) month PGM Intern/Seasonal Assistant to begin in early May 2025.  The candidate will be a key contributor to the golf operation and the success of the club. The primary responsibility is to provide an exceptional golf experience to the members and guests at True North Golf Club through warm customer service, work ethic, willingness to learn, and execute prior knowledge.

The golf programs, staff responsibilities, and overall scope of our golf operation are organized around the following areas.  Each area is equally important to our success as a staff, and it is critical to coordinate the programs with sensitivity as to how it impacts the overall golf operation.  Each area will be assigned to a specific staff member for his or her management.  The assigned manager of each area will be responsible for delegating tasks and assignments so that each member of the professional staff is informed and involved in how that area of the operation is organized and how it fits within the scope of our golf operation.  As a manager, please understand the importance of educating and training the subordinate staff as they develop their skills as Golf Professionals.  The areas include:
