Location Manager

Golf Lounge 18, a premier indoor golf facility is seeking an enthusiastic person
who comes from a golf background with experience in bar or retail
management to join our team at our new Smith Haven location.

Requirements:
● Passion for the game of golf

● Four‐year college degree (a plus but not required)
● Comfortable with Windows computers
● Must have 1-3 years of customer service experience in golf, retail, or
other hospitality-related fields
● Must have supervisory and staff development experience
● Exceptional interpersonal skills
● Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Must be organized, efficient, and detail-oriented
● Must be enthusiastic about working with people and have a strong
customer service background.

You will be responsible for delivering an enjoyable experience for all visitors by providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
● Assist with sourcing, hiring, developing, training, and motivating a
staff of professional service‐orientated staff
● Staff and schedule appropriately to control labor costs
● Ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service
● Manage day to day operations, conduct staff meetings
● Ensure the highest standards for golf, food, beverage, and recreation
activities.
● Routinely check in with customers to ensure an exceptional standard
is met
● Build rapport with customers and members
● Ensure appropriate inventory and ordering systems are in place
● Work and build relationships with all distributors, manage their
contracts and invoices
● Professionally and efficiently stock and display merchandise
● Assist in coordinating events, leagues, and tournaments
● Respond to customer inquiries and requests
● Attend to and troubleshoot technical issues
● Participate in golf outings and community events to promote Golf
Lounge 18
● Ensure proper cash handling and deposit procedures are followed
● Perform other duties as assigned
● Run payroll
● Comply with best practices and operational guidelines set by Golf Lounge 18
