Golf found a new home in South Jersey when Little Mill Country Club opened its original 18 holes in 1968. Designed by Garret Renn, the course was quickly hailed as one of the best golfing experiences in the area. Due to the tremendous reception, plans were soon made to add nine more holes. The Gordon brothers from Doylestown were selected to design the new nine, further enhancing Little Mill’s reputation for offering a unique combination of variety and character.
Known for its pristine conditions, Little Mill is set on rolling terrain that is uncommon in South Jersey. All three of its nines wind through the natural beauty of the New Jersey Pine Barrens, offering golfers the peaceful tranquility of a rural course. Over the years, Little Mill has hosted many of the area’s major championships, including the New Jersey Open, Philadelphia PGA Match Play, and GAP Senior Amateur, as well as qualifiers for both the NJ Open and GAP Open Championships.
