Golf Shop Attendant

Pine Meadow is one of the Best Public Golf Courses in all of the Chicagoland area.  It is home to a Championship Golf Course that has tees that strecth to 72,500 yards and has one of the Best Practice Facilties in Chicagoland as well.  In 1986, Golf Digest voted Pine Meadow as the Best New Public Golf Course in America.  Pine Meadow is looking for an individual who has Excellent Customer Service Skills and is Detail Oriented to join our Golf Shop Staff for the 2025 season. Pine Meadow is a Public Course, but we give our customers a Private Club Experience.

• Basic knowledge of operation of POS system.
• BASSAT training certification if 21 years of age.
• Food Handlers Certification, per Lake County requirements as deemed necessary.
• Some golf experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to function well with other staff members.

• Friendly, professional service to customers.
• Maintain safe and clean work space.
• Restock of all necessary items, i.e.: range balls, merchandise, pencils etc.
• Perform all necessary financial transactions while protecting the confidentiality of all customers in a smooth efficient manner.
• Knowledge and understanding of rates, programming and merchandise.
• Ability to operate POS system and understanding the tee sheet operation.
• Cooperate with fellow staff members in order to accomplish tasks
• Ability to communicate clearly on the phone.
• Be on time and dressed in accordance with policies.
• All other duties, as assigned.
