The club is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional/Outside Service Supervisor to manage our outside service staff and be an essential team member in supporting the Professional Staff in all facets of golf operations. This position is full time and both weekdays and weekends are the norm. Salary is based on an hourly rate. Continued growth within the club (full time) is possible in the future. The candidate should possess the following characteristics:

Self motivated and able to work as part of a team
Able to prioritize duties and multi task in a fast paced environment
Experience working in golf industry recommended but not required
Associate Golf Professionals and PGM Interns welcome to apply
Background in high end customer service, communications and organizational skills a plus
Proactively assist all members and guests upon arrival and departure in a memorable manner.
Ability to recognize names, faces, etc., and proactively accomplish tasks in a timely manner.
Golf car fleet management to include staging, cleaning and adequate supplies on a daily basis.
Practice facility operations (set up, close and daily checks)
Maintain and manage all member club and cart storage to include cleanliness, and accurate record keeping on a monthly basis.
Manage and maintain a well trained Outside Service staff
Assist Professional Staff with tournament set up and preparation
Ability to lift golf bags and other golf supplies (40 pounds)
The start date for this position is late February or early March of 2025.
