The Outside Services Professional at Roaring Fork Club plays a vital role in crafting a positive, memorable, and exceptional golf experience. As the first and last point of contact for our members and guests, you’ll set the tone for their day with your warm demeanor and outstanding service. Experience Required

Education and Experience

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; PGA Membership preferred.

  • Personal Qualities:

    • Versatility and flexibility, with a willingness to work a combination of weekdays and weekends as needed.

Essential Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities for Outside Services Professionals

At Roaring Fork Club, we believe in offering a variety of experiences to keep every day engaging and rewarding. Our team members rotate through different roles, each with its unique responsibilities, ensuring a well-rounded and fulfilling work schedule.

Front of Pro Shop

  • Ensure the safe use and cleanliness of golf carts.
  • Practice and promote name recognition to build personal connections with members and guests.
  • Clean all golf clubs after use to maintain a high standard of care.
  • Assist valet with parking, unloading bags, and staging carts.
  • Manage the bag storage facility, organizing and storing guests’ bags properly.
  • Coordinate with all golf staff members to deliver exceptional experiences.
  • Oversee the rental club fleet to ensure availability and quality.
  • Maintain neat, orderly, and professional-looking work areas.
  • Assist with the setup and execution of golf tournaments and events.
  • Inform players and members about the amenities offered at Roaring Fork Club.
  • Support junior golf clinics and Roaring Fork Club Golf Schools with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Practice Facility

  • Prepare the Practice Facility for daily operations, ensuring readiness and appeal.
  • Stock the Practice Facility with clean, high-quality practice balls.
  • Maintain Practice Tee amenities and ensure cleanliness.
  • Refill divots using the appropriate sand and seed mixture to keep the facility pristine.
  • Clean members’ and guests’ clubs to enhance their practice experience.

Bag Room

  • Organize the bag room for seamless daily operations.
  • Keep track of bags in storage, ensuring they are properly logged and managed.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized area with the help of fellow team members.
  • Anticipate members’ and guests’ needs by tracking upcoming play using the Jonas tee time system.
