Job Description
Will report directly to the Director of Golf and provide a high level of customer service upon first interaction with all customers. This includes managing the daily tee sheet, tracking the pace of play and overseeing all outside front end operations. This is a part-time position and will include evenings, holidays and weekends.
Requirements
· Must possess excellent customer service skills
· Ability to multi-task with customers and the staff quickly and efficiently
· Have a valid driver’s license.
· General knowledge of the game of golf.
Duties/Responsibilities
· Manage the day to day operations of the daily tee sheet while keeping track of the pace of play.
· Start each group at assigned tee times and discuss daily cart rules/restrictions, pin placement and any other pertinent information.
· Communicate with the Pro Shop staff and Rangers about any changes to the tee sheet, delays on the course or emergencies needing an immediate assistance.
· Supervises the Cart/Range Attendants.
· Close down and organize front starter shed and staging area at the completion of each day. Make sure all carts are accounted for.
· May be asked to assist in the driving range opening/closing as required.
