Looking to hire an Assistant Professional as soon as possible. This is a seasonal position (ending early November) with a chance to grow into longer season and potential year round position in the future.
Maple Bluff Country Club is located in Madison, Wisconsin. Maple Bluff has a proud tradition rich in history which encompasses the love of a sport in an atmosphere in which every member feels welcome and at home. Our club is proud of our beautifully landscaped greens, four tennis courts, brand new 8-lane outdoor swimming pool and diving well, Paddle Courts, Fitness Center featuring state-of-art equipment & classroom, Golf Simulator, and our fine dining. Maple Bluff Country Club features a spectacular 18-hole golf course, designed to highlight the natural splendor of The Bluff, while providing challenging and enjoyable play for golfers at every level. Golf Professional has been at the club for 22 years, has won multiple WPGA Awards and has served on the Board of the WPGA.
Applicant will be a team player joining a staff comprised of three other Assistants and the Head Golf Professional. A successful candidate will be hard working, humble, dedicated, reliable, personable, career focused and willing to serve our members on a daily basis. Individual will work closely with other Assistants. Individual will also work closely with Head Professional with the goal of becoming a well rounded Professional ready to next the next step in his or her career.
Looking for hard working, career-minded individual. Duties will include but are not limited to; teaching, merchandising, coordinating club events, inventory control, handicap administration/blue golf, outside services supervision, caddie training and administratioin, minor club repair. The successful candidate will assist the Head Golf Professional and other Assistants in all aspects of the golf operation with the goal of becoming a Class A Professional.

Professional will work to assist staff in finding other seasonal positions during the winter months if interested
Will work with Assistant who was named 2019 WPGA Assistant Golf Professional of the Year.
Will work for PGA Professional who has won 5 WPGA Awards (2007 Merchandiser of the Year, 2015 Merchandiser of the Year, 2018 Golf Professional of the Year, 2024 Merchandiser of the Year, 2025 Bill Strausbaugh Award) and has served on the WPGA Board of Directors.
Flexible start and end dates. Looking for approximate season of April 1 - early November but could be longer / shorter depending on candidate.

Salary based on working average 40-50 hours per week (most weeks 40-45). Will have 2 days off weekly with 1 possible exeption in August when we have a large event.
