Assistant Golf Professional

Ravenwood Golf Club is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Golf Professional to join our team! This individual will assist in the overall operation of the golf shop, tournament coordination, instruction programs, and member services while delivering an exceptional golf experience.

• PGA Associate or working toward the PGA membership (preferred).
• Previous experience in golf operations or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of golf rules, etiquette, and tournament operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in golf shop software, point of sale systems, Microsoft office, Golf Genius and social media platforms.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and Holidays.
• Passionate for growing the game of golf and creating a positive, enjoyable environment for members and guests.

• Provide outstanding customer service to members and guests.
• Assist with daily golf operations, including tee sheet management, merchandising, and retail sales.
• Assist the Director of Instruction & conduct private and group lessons.
• Organize and execute corporate/charity events, leagues and member events.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, offering a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist in inventory management, including accurate pricing and overall look of the golf shop.
• Enforce course policies and pace of play to ensure an enjoyable experience for all golfers.
• Support the Director of Golf and Head Golf Professional in administrative duties as needed.
