Event & Media Coordinator

Position Summary

Epic Golf Club is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Events & Content Coordinator to support the planning and execution of high-end golf events, while also capturing and producing engaging content to elevate the member experience. This hybrid role blends event logistics with digital storytelling, making it ideal for a highly organized and creative individual passionate about hospitality, golf, and media. 

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in event coordination, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a member-first mindset.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing tools, and content management systems.
• Familiarity with Golf Genius, WooCommerce, and HubSpot preferred.
• Ability to travel and work weekends or evenings as needed for events.
• Highly organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
• Photography/videography skills a strong plus.
• Golf Industry experience preferred.

Event Planning & Execution

• Coordinate lodging and transportation arrangements for members and guests.
• Collaborate with the Events team to secure trophies, tee gifts, vendors, and third-party partners.
• Use WooCommerce and HubSpot to manage registrations, track data, and maintain event records.
• Utilize Golf Genius to support event operations, including scoring and pairings.
• Review and process guest attendance requests and accommodate special requests.
• Respond to member questions and inquiries within 24 hours.
• Attend Epic Golf Club events to ensure seamless execution and exceptional service.
• Travel independently to smaller events as needed to manage logistics on-site.
• Manage group text communications for real-time event updates.

Member Communication & Content Creation

• Develop and send event announcements, registration emails, and final itineraries.
• Capture photo and video content at events for real-time posting and post-event promotion.
• Create and publish engaging social media content across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Produce post-event recap emails that include highlights, media assets, and results.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure event pages and content are updated across platforms.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual standard across all content.
