Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and presentation.
  • Manage and train staff, creating a positive and efficient working environment.
  • Develop and manage inventory, budgeting, and scheduling for the department.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Foster strong customer relationships by addressing concerns and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of inventory control and budgeting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
